I visited France for the first time in June, 2003. Before going
to the EAGE conference in Stavanger, Norway, I spent a couple days
in Paris, seeing many of the "usual" spots, with Antoine (thankfully)
as my tour guide. On the way back from the EAGE, I spent a short
(thanks to the general strike) day in Antoine's hometown of Nantes,
in Brittany.
