UTILITIES

A set of basic utility programs have been developed together with the library. These programs can be used to perform useful operations on SEPlib90 data sets. The following is a partial list of these utilities, that are in different stages of development.

  Synch90 -  Reorder the data traces according to the value of the
  		 data_record_number in the trace headers. 
  

• 
  Sort90 - Sort the headers and the traces in a data set, and create the gridding
  		 information. 
  

• 
  Window90 - Window a data set according to the header values and/or the
  		 grid information. 
  

• 
  Transp90  - Transpose the axes of the Data Coordinate System and/or of
  		 the Grid Coordinate System. 
  

• Infill90 - Regularize a data set by placing zero traces in the empty grid cells.
• Headermath - Perform arithmetic operations on header values.
• In90 - Print information on a data set.
• Cp90 - Copy a data set.
• Rm90 - Remove a data set.

  Create90 - Create a SEPlib90 data set from SEPlib77 files that contains
  		 the data traces and the geometry information 
  

• 
  Su2sep90 - Convert a SU data set into a SEPlib90 data set. 
  

• 
  Sep902su - Convert a SEPlib90 data set into a SU data set. 
  

• 
  Promax90 - Converts a Promax data set into a SEPlib90 data set.
