One can never say that a software project like this is finished,
the only time it is not undergoing some change
is when it reaches the stage of obsolence.
With this condition stated, the SEPF90 library is fairly stable,
it has been fairly well debugged, and most errors can now
be contributed to the author of the main program and not to the
library.
The only major addition/revision that we anticipate is the adding
of the ability to handle virtual datasets. It is possible to extend
the current library to handle a dataset that can not be kept in
core, but instead is held mainly on disk, while being totally
invisible to the user.
