A few more musings ...

• How does reproducibility differ from interactivity? Interactivity of a figure does not replace basic reproducibility. Interactivity helps a reader to understand the underlying algorithm by exploring an example. Reproducibility recomputes a given result without any reader input. Reproducibility ensures the basic functionality of a given software and delivers a working example. Not more, not less.
• I resized the Gif produced by our make rules by hand (using xv and the image-size button) because I thought the Gif images were too big (too many pixels). I wonder how this can be automatized in our standard processing. The pixel size I chose was 333x270.
• My content handler for SEP data cubes is not yet implemented for general SEP data files.
• Before distributing SEP data files on the web, I want to strip the header information to the bare minimum, e.g. (n1, n2, d1, d2, o1, o2, esize and possibly in and dim).
