Robert and Rachel were married on Sunday, October 12, 2003, in San Mateo, California. Most of the attendees enjoyed getting acquainted with one another a rehearsal dinner at the San Mateo Marriott Hotel on Saturday night. Bride and Groom were married by longtime family friend and Municipal Judge, Patty Georges, at San Mateo's lovely Japanese Tea Garden. The wedding reception was held at Bella Mangiata, an authentic Italian restaurant in downtown San Mateo.
