This shouldn't be a problem now (as long as people compile SEPlib
correctly)

1. the sources + limited documentation are contained in ~prof/gee/Ops
2. make book will remove the documentation and put the undocumented code
in ~prof/gee/Ops/book
3. When compiled correctly, the first step will be to copy all of the
GEE sources into SEPlib
4. The library compiled by SEPlib has a different name (sepgeef90 rather
than geef90)

As far as consistent code.

Sean's is significantly different.
Prety much the same as Sergey's, but not totally. I haven't added
anything to
the basic strucutre, but I do have several replacement codes (nbound
sticks
out in my mind). The replacements were because

-a) I used a significantly faster mechanism to accomplish the same thing
-b) I thought there was a bug/or potential bug in gee's library.
