Any dataset may be regarded as the sum of signal and noise

I assume that the coherent noise n is made of the
inconsistent part (or modeling uncertainties part) of the data d
for any given operator H.
My goal is to define new strategies that would lower the influence of the
noise n, giving IID residual components.
