Because of the sensitive thesis-related nature of these algorithms, I am not releasing this working code on the CD version of this report. Therefore, you will not be able to rebuild my examples starting from the raw input data. General release of inversion code will coincide with the thesis publication. Special arrangements to install the code at SEP sponsor sites can be discussed on an individual basis.
